In the parish of Dunton Church of Dunton, St Mary Magdalene
NOTICE IS GIVEN that we are applying to the Consistory Court of the diocese for permission to carry out the following: (Describe the works or other proposals in the same way as in the faculty petition)
Design and Installation of Nave Altar, built with reclaimed wood from pews removed under previous faculty, made by John Myler who donated it to the church.
It is not a fixture it is a table on casters. Copies of the relevant plans and documents may be examined at Within the church and on a publicly accessible website at https://www.dwebenefice.com/
(If changes to a church are proposed, a copy of the petition and of any designs, plans, photographs and other documents that were submitted with it must be displayed in the church or at another place where they may be conveniently inspected by the public. If the petition is submitted through an online system, those documents must also be publicly available for inspection online.)

A letter of objection must include your name and address and state whether you live in the parish and/or your name is entered on the church electoral roll of the parish or any other basis on which you have an interest in the matter

November Remembrance Sunday and Poppy Display at Dunton
Sunday 12th November 2023
There was a procession from the School gates at 10.45pm, to the war memorial, with the laying of a wreath at 11.00 am. The service then continued inside, with the stunning poppy display inside the church. The poppy display is the work of Kay Baines who has produced a stunning display combining knitting and crochet, with the help of a dedicated team of crafters
